Beamfox Technologies is a young high-tech start-up with market traction delivering software for improving the resolution of nanofabrication (proximity effect correction). The Beamfox staff holds very strong competencies within nanotechnology, software development, and high-performance computing.
In the NEXUS project, Beamfox will together with Elionix develop methods for the nanofabrication of the spectrometer chips, which includes producing the next-generation software for proximity effect correction for electron-beam lithography systems.
“Beamfox will develop the next generation of software algorithms for electron-beam lithography. The nanofabrication challenges posed by NEXUS’ chip-scale spectrometers are a good testing ground for our algorithm,” says Leonardo Midolo, CEO, Beamfox Technologies.
